For Parents
Quickly confirm or decline events so your coach can plan sessions and line-ups with accurate numbers.
Coaches use RSVP responses to plan sessions around realistic player numbers. Knowing in advance that only eight of twelve players are available means the coach can design drills that work for that group, arrange carpools, or decide whether a friendly game can go ahead. A quick response — even a decline — is more helpful than no response at all.
Plans change. You can update your RSVP at any time before the event by tapping a different answer on the event card; it saves straight away. There's no limit on how many times you can change it. Your coach always sees the most recent response.
If you have more than one child on the same team, each child has an independent RSVP button on the event card. You can mark one child as attending and another as not attending — the coach sees both responses separately on their roster.
Each team's events appear separately on your dashboard. If your two children play for different teams, their events and RSVP buttons appear under their respective team sections. Events are sorted chronologically so the soonest practices and games always appear at the top.
If you don't RSVP, your child appears in the coach's No reply list. The coach may send a reminder message to the team asking everyone to confirm. There's no penalty for late responses, but responding promptly helps the whole team run more smoothly.
Your dashboard shows upcoming events by default. Past events are archived and remain visible for reference — useful if you need to recall dates or check a previous session's notes from the coach.
