What counts as a player?
Each kid on any team in your club, counted once even if they play on two teams. Coaches, staff and parents are free and unlimited on every paid plan.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One team with up to 20 players and 2 coaches can use Squad for as long as it likes, with every feature and no ads.
Is there a free trial?
Every club's first paid subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
New players can't be added until the club manager upgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately and keep your monthly or annual billing.
How is this different from per-team apps?
Apps like TeamSnap charge each team separately and lock RSVP behind a paid tier. Squad is one price for the whole club, with every feature on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
