Run your entire sports club — multiple teams, coaches, and parents — from a single Club Manager account.
What Is the Club Manager Role?
A Club Manager is an administrator who oversees all teams within a sports club or organisation. Where a coach manages a single team, a Club Manager has visibility across every team in the club and can manage subscription billing on behalf of all coaches.
Common use cases include:
A soccer club with U8 through U18 teams run by multiple coaches
An adult recreational league with several teams and a shared schedule
A school athletic department coordinating several sports programs
A sports facility running programs across multiple sports
Setting Up Your Club Account
Go to the Squad sign-in page and choose Sign Up.
Select Club Manager as your role.
Enter your Club Name — this is what coaches and parents will see.
Optionally add your club's address and website.
Verify your email and sign in.
Use your club's official name exactly — it appears on all email communications and the billing portal.
Your Club Manager Dashboard
Once signed in, your dashboard shows:
Club overview — name, address, website, and current subscription status
Teams — all teams that have been linked to your club
Subscription — current plan, billing cycle, and upgrade options
Adding Coaches to Your Club
Coaches sign up independently with the Coach role, then link their account to your club. To onboard a new coach:
Share your Club Name with the coach.
The coach creates their Squad account and selects your club during sign-up.
Their teams appear under your club dashboard automatically.
Coaches retain full control of their own teams — you have read-only visibility. The Coach role is the right one for anyone who actively manages a team, runs practices, and communicates with parents.
Editing Your Club Profile
Click the Club menu in the top navigation bar to edit your club name, address, and website. Changes take effect immediately across the platform.
Keeping your club website URL current is useful — it appears on parent-facing communications so families can find your club easily.
Club-Wide Best Practices
Ensure every coach on your staff has their own Squad account before the season starts.
Review your subscription plan before the season to ensure it covers your expected number of teams.
Keep your club contact details updated so parents can reach the right person for administrative queries.
