Club Sponsors

Show the local businesses that support your club to your families, then give each sponsor real numbers when it is time to renew. Squad runs no ads of its own: the only sponsors your families see are the ones your club chose.

Adding a Sponsor

Open Menu in your club dashboard, choose Sponsors and tap Add sponsor. For each sponsor you set:

Name and logo (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB; a wide logo on a plain background looks best)
Level: Title (largest spot, shown first), Gold or Silver
Supports: the whole club, or one team
Website and a short tagline (both optional)
Starts and Ends dates (optional). The sponsor shows only between them.

Uploaded logos are cleaned and re-saved by Squad, so a sponsor's file never carries hidden photo data.

Where Families See Your Sponsors

Your public club page, in an "Our Sponsors" section, title sponsors first.
The app, in a "Supported by" strip at the top of your families' screens (coaches and managers don't see it). A sponsor of one team is shown only to that team's members.
Family emails, as one "Supported by" line at the bottom of game and practice emails. The spot is shared fairly between sponsors, with title sponsors shown most often. It is on by default for title and gold sponsors; tick or untick Include in family emails for each sponsor.

Every placement is labelled "Club sponsor", so families always know who chose it.

Numbers to Show Your Sponsors

Each sponsor's card shows three counts, for the last 30 days, this sponsorship and all time:

Views: one person seeing the sponsor on one day
Clicks: visits to the sponsor's website from Squad
Email sends: family emails that carried the sponsor's line

These are daily totals only. Squad does not record who viewed or clicked, and does not track whether emails were opened.

Renewals and the Sponsor Report

When a sponsorship has an end date, the club's managers get an email 30 days before it ends, with that sponsor's numbers, and the sponsor's card says it is time to renew.

To share the numbers, tap the Sponsor report button on the sponsor's card and then Copy link. The sponsor opens it without an account and sees their totals, the last 12 months and where they were shown. The link is off until you share it, and Turn off link stops it working straight away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Squad take a cut of our sponsorships?

No. The sponsorship is between your club and the sponsor. Squad is not involved in the deal or the payment.

Will our families see other ads?

No. Squad shows no advertising, uses no ad networks or ad trackers, and never sells data.

Is it included in the free plan?

Yes. Every plan includes every feature. A club can list up to 50 sponsors.
