For Club Managers
List your club's grounds and fields once, then schedule every team on them. Squad stops two teams from booking the same field at the same time.
Open the Grounds tab of your club dashboard and add each ground with:
When a coach or club manager creates a practice or game, they pick the ground and field. Families see the address on the event and can open directions in their maps app.
Before an event is saved, Squad checks whether that field is already booked at an overlapping time by any team in the club. If it is, the event is not saved and you see which team has the field and when, so you can pick another time or field. Recurring events are checked date by date.
Squad also warns (without blocking) when the team's coach is unavailable or already coaching another event at that time.
Can coaches book fields themselves?
Yes. Coaches schedule their own team's events on the club's grounds, and the same clash check applies to them.
Is grounds booking included in the free plan?
Yes. Every plan includes every feature, grounds booking included.
